the visit of PUM Netherlands Expert to FREDA`s Client companies

From 25 August 2019 to 05 September 2019, the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia invited to Armenia Mr. Cornelis Koeleman, the Expert of “PUM Netherlands” Senior Experts volunteer organization, working as a Senior Industrial adviser/Regional International Advisory Team Coordinator at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), as well as Managing Director at Koeleman Food BV Holding, who has a wide experience in the field of fruit and vegetable processing.

The purpose of the Expert’s visit is to get acquainted with the current production processes of the Fund’s client companies, particularly “Berdavan Wine Factory” OJSC, “Yeghegnadzor Cannery” CJSC and “Atast Food” LLC, provide them advice on effectiveness of production technology, increase of product quality, as well as reduction of production costs, thus enabling the companies to produce higher quality and more competitive products.   

At the end of the visit, the Expert will submit detailed report on research and consultancy carried out in the Companies.
