The role of corporate Governance in FREDA client companies

On February 1, 2019, a meeting-discussion with the members of the Board of Directors appointed by FREDA in the client companies was held at the office of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia. During the meeting the role of FREDA’s board members in the client companies, their competences, communication of the board members with FREDA, as well as reporting procedures were introduced. In addition, the Corporate Governance System, its principles, communication of the Corporate Governance Secretary with the Board members and Executive Body were briefly presented.
