On 25th and 26th of May, 2017 several employees of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia as well as its client companies’ representatives participated in the training named “Growth Difficulties Management in Small and Medium Enterprises”.

During the training the following topics were presented:

•  corporate governance issues at SMEs,
•  processes of the decision-making and its evolution,
•  generation change planning,
•  financial management,
•  recruitment, motivation and development of high-qualified employees,
•  board of directors,
•  other.

At the end of the training the participants summarized the results, filled the training evaluation questionnaires, after which they were awarded by the participation certificates.
