The regular meeting of the Lori region Council chaired by the Governor of Lori region Arthur Nalbandyan and attended by the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of RA Karen Isakhanyan took place on August 22, 2017.

According to the agreement reached during the meeting of the Lori region Governor and Director of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia a working team of the Fund’s staff members and consultants headed by the Fund’s Director Aleksandr Kalantaryan also participated in the meeting.  The participation aimed at introducing the Fund’s activities to the entrepreneurs from the region, as well as becoming familiar with investment programs in the region and providing funding to those, which are found in compliance with the Fund’s guidelines.     

During the meeting Mr. Aleksandr Kalantaryan delivered a speech, introducing the Fund’s activities, as well as offering mutually beneficial cooperation to the entrepreneurs in dairy, poultry, greenhousing, fruit and vegetable canning and other subsectors.
