TITLE: General Director
TERM: Full-time
START DATE/ TIME: April 20th, 2021
DURATION: 2 years, with 3 months of probation period.
LOCATION: Ashtarak, Aragatsotn Province, Republic of Armenia
JOB DESCRITION: Agrolog CJSC is looking for an experienced, proactive and motivated individual to work as a General Director.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct and improve commercial negotiations with local and international partners;
- Understand the needs of local and international markets; perform on-going market analysis;
- Coordinate product promotional events;
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of company operations;
- Prepare short and medium term development strategy for the Company;
- Evaluate the budget preparation process in the company; perform budget variation analysis to identify the gaps;
- Organize and supervise employees, recruit new employees in case of necessity;
- Establish work plan and staffing for each operation;
- Ensure efficient collaboration between relevant departments;
- Implement overall management of the operations and enforce quality control of the final production;
- Provide advice on the management of all the operations;
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the company shareholders including all the relevant information agreed between the management and the shareholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or in a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of work experience in management of industrial company;
- At least 5 years of experience in related field;
- Excellent decision-making skills;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills; ability to work in a team;
- Ability to deliver accurate work within strict deadlines;
- Well-developed planning, organization, and problem-solving skills;
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis;
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial management/ budgeting processes;
- Commercial awareness;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent research and analytical skills and flexibility;
- Diplomatic skills;
- Ability to motivate people;
- Ability to travel;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, English is preferred;
- Computer skills (MS Office, Internet).

ABOUT COMPANY Since 2011 “Agrolog” has been operating in the agricultural production market, established in Ashtarak. Our main activities were cold storing and processing of fresh food, in particular, fruits and rental of refrigeration areas. Then in 2015 we started the production of dried foods. We have produced about 5 tons of dried fruits annually with various quality grades: 1st, 2nd and highest quality. The production is prevailingly exported to several countries, among them Georgia, Russia and Kazakhstan. Small amounts have also been sent to Jordan and France as trial batches.
